Humans are adaptability incarnate: strong stamina identity, excellent “refuse to die” energy,
and infinite RP flexibility, but your power is defined by the path you choose (Subrace + Faction).

Humans are everywhere, building cities, cartels, academies, cults, and kingdoms.
They’re well-rounded, not the strongest or the oldest, but the most stubborn.
In Telaros, human ambition fractured into multiple ideals (technology, spirit, magic),
and that fracture still defines their world.

- Stamina economy and endurance grit
- “Last stand” moments and clutch survival
- Social reach: humans create networks, factions, influence, and legacy
- Great for: grounded protagonists, strategists, leaders, survivors, diplomats

- Without a clear build identity, humans can feel “plain”
- Raw power often comes from subrace/faction specialization
- You’ll want a concept: tech path, spiritual path, or magical path (or an unusual blend)

Base Human is intentionally flexible: be a hero, villain, explorer, scholar, criminal, or citizen.
Your restrictions and identity come more from Type/Subrace/Faction than “Human” itself.

Human talents lean into endurance, refusal to fall, and fight pacing:
- Survivor: once-per-fight “I stay at 1 HP”
- Grit: stamina back when you take meaningful damage
- Last Stand: temporary spike when you’re running on fumes
- Compassion and Rage: ally goes down → you snap into focus
- Push Beyond / Stalwart: effort + cumbrance resilience

Humans don’t “inherit” power, they build it:
training, ideology, faith, tech, ritual, stolen artifacts, forbidden science.
If you want your character’s growth to feel earned, Humans are perfect.

- Sanctuary citizen who saw too much
- Dragon’s Coast survivor who hates cartels
- Academic obsessed with Reishi theory
- Ex-mercenary trying to live “normal” (and failing)
